Charlie’s Burger Bar

“Feeling bored with the ordinary burger? Head over to Charlie’s Burger Bar in Harbor Village where you can make your own. Mind you, this is no ordinary burger bar. You will have to choose from a variety of proteins before even thinking of cheeses or veggies. Me? I chose Wagyu beef, which just so happened to be seared perfectly with a beautiful, pink center and then paired with ooey-gooey Monterey cheese. This burger came to the table garnished with a pickle spear and condiments on the side. Perhaps this is the establishment’s subtle way of suggesting I eat the burger without them because a few bites in, it was evident they weren’t actually necessary. The burger was plenty juicy on its own, and it packed quite the punch of flavor. If you are headed to the gulf anytime soon, check it out. It is worth every penny!”
